Technical Description

PFG170-100 high-pressure roller press is a new type of cement energy-saving grinding equipment. It is based on the material layer grinding technology. It consists of a roller press, a dispersing, grading, drying and powder sorting. It can be combined with a ball mill to form a grinding system. A variety of processes, such as pre-grinding, mixing grinding, semi-final grinding and final grinding systems. Due to the change of the grinding principle, the roller press and its grinding system technology, the power consumption is reduced by 50-100%, and the output is increased by 100-300%; it is suitable for the modification of the grinding system of the new factory or the old factory. In the material cake, 0.08mm fine material accounts for 20-35%, and less than 20mm accounts for 65-85%. The internal structure of the small particles is filled with many micro cracks due to being squeezed, and the wearability is greatly improved.

1. Roller surface technology (welding materials, equipment and welding process) The surface of the roll is hot-stacked, and the wear layer is more convenient to repair. Effectively reduce the generation and diffusion of microcracks in the welding process, high hardness (>HRC58) and high toughness of the hardened layer, the service life of the roller surface is above 8000h, and the daily maintenance is simple. 2. The aviation hydraulic technology is adopted to make the hydraulic system of the roller press extremely reliable. 3. The hydraulic system of the roller press and the complete automatic control system can cooperate with each other: the main drive motor load control of the roller press; the left and right gap deviation control and automatic rectification; the fault self-diagnosis technology. 4. The matching powder separator combines the scattering, grading and drying of the cake, which has the characteristics of low running cost and high operation rate. 5. The supporting automatic control system adopts the fuzzy control principle and is equipped with components of world famous suppliers.

Design and configuration

Wear-resistant lining PFG's press rolls have a layer of welded, wear-resistant lining that can be used for surfacing of solid shafts or shrink-fit bushings. The worn surface can be restored by surfacing. If necessary, the repair of the damaged point or the surfacing of the entire surface can be carried out without the roller being moved. Feed Control System To facilitate the formation of extruded cakes, the HRP roll press has an electric feed control door that smoothes feed start-up and helps to adjust the roll press output or energy consumption. It is beneficial to set the feed control door when handling multiple types of materials, but it is necessary to form a cake. Configuration options The roller press can be used to form the grinding system in the following ways: As a pre-grinding machine, the roller press grinds the new feed, and the ground material then enters the ball mill grinding circuit. As a semi-final grinding device, the PFG roller press operates in a closed circuit together with the breaker and the dynamic classifier. The fine material is finally ground in a single-ball mill. In this configuration, the PFG roller press can be placed more compact and efficient by working with the ball mill using a two-stage classifier. For certain types of feeds and certain end products, the PFG roller press can be operated as a final grinding system without the need for a ball mill. The PFG roller press operates in a closed circuit with a two-stage classifier, which allows for lower operating and capital costs.
